Mitchell joins Active Law as an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division of our Firm.

Mitchell comes from a boutique litigation firm where he gained knowledge and experience as a litigator in various legal areas. Admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, Mitchell has experience as an advocate in state and federal courts, as well as state and federal tribunals. His broad experience enables Mitchell to provide strong commercial legal advice to those in need.

His diverse background means that Mitchell has developed a unique insight into resolving commercial disputes and ensuring favourable outcomes are achieved for his clients.

Mitchell will assist the Business Law and Property Law teams with back-end disputes that arise in the course of your business.
